Terms & Conditions for Build Your Brand
At WellFit Uniforms LLC, we prioritize transparency, trust, and professionalism in every collaboration. The following terms define our mutual understanding and ensure smooth operations under the “Build Your Brand” initiative.
1. Order Confirmation
Production begins only upon receipt of a valid LPO or written confirmation, along with the agreed advance payment. Any post-approval design modifications may impact delivery timelines and costs.
2. Advance Payment
A minimum of 40% advance is required to initiate the order. The remaining 60% is payable before delivery or as per mutually agreed payment terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Client-owned designs, logos, and brand elements remain their property. WellFit Uniforms may showcase final works in our portfolio unless a confidentiality request is made.
4. Production Timeline
Estimated timelines will be shared upon order confirmation. Delays caused by design changes or approvals will be communicated promptly to maintain transparency.
5. Design & Sampling
Sampling charges may apply based on material and technique. Production will strictly follow the final approved sample specifications.
6. Branding & Label Rights
Products manufactured under your brand label remain fully your property. WellFit Uniforms will not reproduce or distribute your branded goods without consent.
7. Quality & Inspection
Each order passes through strict quality checks. Manufacturing defects, if any, must be reported within 7 days for review and corrective action.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Orders cancelled post material procurement are non-refundable. However, WellFit may consider partial credit for future orders upon management approval.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all designs, financial, and operational details strictly confidential. WellFit Uniforms ensures discretion in every client relationship.
10. Jurisdiction
All agreements and transactions are governed by the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved within UAE jurisdiction.
11. Custom Label & Packaging
Clients requesting personalized labels, packaging, or hang tags must provide clear specifications. Additional charges may apply depending on materials and complexity.
12. After-Sales Support
We stand behind our workmanship. For recurring production or long-term brand partnerships, dedicated after-sales and reordering support will be provided.
